AirPods Pro head tracking

Evening all.
I have AirPods Pro 2. I have an issue where the head following keeps turning its self back on. In the settings I am then required to toggle it back off/on/off, to turn it back off. It will then after a while revert to head tracking even though the setting stays turned off.
Anyone else have this issue?
