Tablet with keyboard / small laptop

Hi, after recommendations for a small device to take on site.

8 inches or so, with a keyboard. We use google for everything, emails etc, if that makes any difference.

Sounds like a semi rugged Google Chromebook would be perfect for that. They typically have rubberised edges and can take a bit of a beating.

However they are around 10/11" screen sizes.

Which one did you choose? My MacBook Air is now 8 years old, and I’ve been facing some challenges with it.
