Got a set and the phone can find them, They are BLE type
When i select them i get two messages

1) a PINis reqd ( it says normally 0000 or 1234)

2) an app is neede to use the device

2a) under the lisring of bluetooth items it also says Couldnt psir and check settings

what exactly do i need to do?. phone can find them neither of the pin works, and having looked at the plethora of apps on play store whayt is the best one to choose, many seem to want me to have addtl programs loaded!

Ahh Thats the problem

They were on a special offer...something like 9.99 or so from one of those sites that cropped up. As i had purchased ,for very silly monet, an portable hand held screwdriver, which i might say was an absolute steasl, i didnt have any qualms about getting these.
I am sure that when i got the, ....about thre months ago... a quick try out was ok because i do recall using one of that apps that tells you what channel each was.

That must have been when tohe packet and what instructions they were was 'recycled'

All i can offer is that when i turn the phone on, id does locate them and they show as

BLE#0x44A6E5118BDB

Putting this into search gives me this

No.1 Scanner Utility for Bluetooth Low Energy, iBeacon and Eddystone devices.

I dont think that for a tenner they are iBeacon..( is that an Apple thing?) Nor Eddystone ones 2k dollars???????

The box and both buds have nothing at all on the to indicate who or waht they are /

Methinks i shall look upon it as 2 cup;s of Costa coffee lost, and get another pair that has a bit more provenance
