I use ExpressVPN on Android, works for most things (but some providers like Sky are pretty good at working out when you’re using a VPN…)

You install the ExpressVPN app, then select a location and turn it on. Then all your other apps and browser should think that you are in that location until you turn it off

I found Express to be irritating TBH

It really didnt like android auto or Sainsburys so I had to disable it and it was also flaky with me pretending to live in the US for Sky F1 TV

On the other hand Nord VPN is excellent on android and also decent value - it does all of the above woithout me having to switch it off and on again

I probably have a referral code however it was decent value so I wouldnt stress it

Having said that I come from Leeds so gimme a minute.......................

Here you go - 3 months free for each of us

i use the Opera browser exclusively on my Android phone and tablet; it has a built in VPN. I've never had the need to use it but might be worth a look.

Proton VPN is fine as well, plenty of servers and plenty of locations.

The only downside to using a VPN (any VPN, unless its a private one/your own) is that websites recognise the IP address as potentially problematic and so you have to go though a few more "are you human" tests before it allows you access.
