Does anyone know what part this little switch is ? where can I get one and is it an easy fix to remove the busted one and put in a new one ?

secondly, does the black ribbon cable just likely pop out ?

Would need better pics to see if there's any identifying marks on the swich that gives away the part number, or even just the manufacturer. If the later then the exact dimensions in mm would be needed to trawl through the manufacturer's datasheets and pick out the right one. Also knowing what the purpose of the switch and whether all the pins are connected to something on the circuit board can help identify the right part, eg rating, double pole, etc.

The flexi cable is highly likely to come out, very rare that they are fixed in. However, again this needs a better picture on the connected it's connected to so we can try and recommend whether it just pulls out, or if the connector has a bit that your pull up, out, to the side, etc to loosen it's grip. You could just try - some flexi connector's movement is gentle so you just need a soft pull. However some have a firm clip, needing a force which if applied in the wrong direction might break the connector.

If the switch is just one of the normal push button switches, it's just a case of desoldering from the board and resoldering the new one again.
I did this last week on a pair of headphones and it's quick and easy for anyone competent with an iron.

I used these, check the measurements and the design match what you're looking to replace.
