Trying to help my Father in law, who has over 30K emails now. He'd like me to help him delete all un-read mails over 2 years old.
I used the date range selector to filter from Jan 2000 to June 2022, but the returned results seems to only load more mails by scrolling (we're on his desktop) so a screenfull at a time, not the expected 1000s +
Is there a way?

Assuming thats via the web client, mass deletion is probably better done through a POP/IMAP client. And mass deleting everything he hasnt read seems a little unwise...

It would need to be IMAP wouldn't it as POP will delete everything off the mailserver.

The logic - which I agree with- is
'if it's not been read and it's been sat for over 2 years , I dont want it'

I used MS Outlook to do the same on a gmail account.
