Quick question! I have this charger adapter from the 12v supply. It had two outputs, one a normal usb, one usb-C. Will they be able to be used simultaneously? I currently don’t have a suitable usb-c lead, but will get one for an upcoming road trip if I can use both outputs at the same time!

It would be very surprising if not. Usually it's not at full power for both, but it'll work. The fact it's a PD USBC means it's likely to be more powerful than some.

I think the text "max power 20w" is relevant.

So you won't get 38w out of it. It may split the power equally, it may not.

A decent Anker/similar car charger is perhaps £10-30, I've bought a couple recently which will do 100w and charge laptops via USB-C.

Shouldn’t be a problem.

It's also worth checking your devices charge with a USB-C to C cable some of my cheaper Chinese gadgets don't. Usually the fault of the gadget not the cable/charger.
