WiFi extender issue

Hi all

I have a strange problem with my Wi-Fi extender which is in the extension.

I connect my iPad to it and all is fine.

I leave my iPad in the extension and go to do stuff.

I come back to the extension, grab my iPad, it is still showing it is connected but it isn’t working

I switch off Wi-Fi on iPad, switch it back on and it automatically reconnects to the Wi-Fi extender and it all works fine.

This doesn’t happen in other parts of the house when connected directly to the main router. Any ideas why this might be occurring?
