Does anyone use GoDaddy for Web building and hosting?

I've had a site with them for a couple of years now, and now I'm concentrating on SEO a bit more I'm trying to tie up some loose ends (broken link redirects, robots.txt update etc.) but my dashboard bears no resemblance to any of their online documentation!

I have no 'settings' option in the side panel and I've spent hours trawling for a 'URL redirects' option. The same happens when I'm looking for the FTP server details. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem?
