I'm looking at getting a tablet that I can wallmount and run some software to be the "family organiser"

Ideally a decent size seen a few that are over £400 but don't want to spend quite that much.

Does anyone do this? What software or app is good? We've used family wall, it's OK but interested to hear what other people use.

Why not just have a shared google calendar that will show on their devices? Or are you looking to micromanage the family in much more detail than a calendar / task list?

Dave.

Yeah thats an option. No real detail, just a calender and a task list app I guess.

I think the easiest way to do this that doesn't involve spending a lot is to use a Home Assistant dashboard. You can put HA on a raspberry pi and use any touch screen you like, then put whatever content you like on there. Plus that way you get controls for all your stuff too.

Not simple either though, but it's either a bit of work, use your phone, or spend.

No problem spending up to maybe £200 on a tablet. Guess I was thinking an android so I could put on what I want
