Smart watch recommendations

Hi all, help needed please for choosing my first smart watch. Criteria:

- Will be used mostly for running
- Be able to store podcasts/music and connect to bluetooth earbuds
- Connect to Android mobile phone
- Not too expensive

I'm thinking the Garmin Venu Sq 2 Music Edition.

What would you recommend? Thanks

That is a really great deal. It's 1/2 price. The Epix 2 was released in 2022, but the Epix 2 pro was released in 2023, but looks the same and only has a LED torch and a slightly better HR sensor and is the current top Garmin watch.

If it's for running (or other sports), basically you need a Garmin of some type - preferably a 5 button one for the ease of use.
Apple is a better smart watch /crapper sports watch though.
