Anyone had this issue before? Can't seem to find an online agent or any realtime help:

I have a company email address hosted on Microsoft's 365 servers (was moved over from Go Daddy or TSO Host approx 1 year ago from memory). I can't seem to receive any email. Not on Mac Mail, nor Outlook or even on the web based email. I can send but no one seems to be able to reply to me.

Any ideas????

Do you run the M365 environment? Or is there an IT team somewhere looking after it?

Do you have another e-mail outside of M365 (eg Google Mail) you can send an e-mail to your work address from? If you do, what happens? Any bounce back? Or it just disappears into the ether?

Are you using a browser or Outlook Desktop Client?

Who actually hosts your domain? Sounds like it might be an issue there rather than with Microsoft. Sending doesn't involve your domain provider, but you can't receive email without it being correctly directed from 'yourname.com'

Obvious questions first, bills all paid, mailboxes/users licensed correctly, domain configured and everything is actually set up correctly? (SPF, DKIM, DMARC etc.)

So found out the boo boo. GoDaddy didn't renew my domain so had to do it manually. Thank you to those who chipped in to help. IT huh!!???
