Windows Licenses

I have 3 Windows 11 Pro and 1 Windows 11 Home licenses. I have two Microsoft Accounts, 2 of the Pro licenses are on one, the other is on the second account. The Home license came with a PC that was built up and supplied with the Windows installed, someone else has signed into that PC already, but I own the PC now.

Can I transfer the Home License to my Microsoft Account? And can I transfer my other Pro license over to the same account?

Want to use a Pro license on the new setup, which I can do by taking it from a spare PC, but I want the Home license to then end up on that PC too. And I want to forget about that second Microsoft Account too!

The Home licence will be OEM rather than Retail. AFAIK it will be tied to the h/w and not transferable.

Some form of the slmgr command will confirm.

Yeah, I have the key for that one now, so I can sign in on the machine I guess and then try to transfer the license to my account and see if it lets me.
