Which Apple Watch with GPS and SIM?

As per the title really. Doesn’t have to be the newest model. I did google but then got a little overwhelmed. It doesn’t need to do anything else except function as a watch with GPS tracker and calling function independent of an iPhone (so with sim / separate number)

Any ideas?

Got a Costco membership?
£349 for a series 8 stainless steel 41mm. A little more for 45mm.

That’s over £150 cheaper than Apple’s refurbished store and this is brand new.

The 8 does almost everything the 9 does and you can still find them brand new. I prefer 45mm for the bigger screen. You’ll also need to pay for the watch sim depending on your contract - some phone companies charge £5/£10 a month to link it to your existing phone contract.

Amazon is worth checking out, they regularly have offers on.

I managed to get a new 8 GPS 45mm for nearly £100 off the list price.

So the 8 is looks like the best (= cheapest) option for everything I want… or should I look at the 7?
