Morning all.
I smashed my phone the other week, received a new one as the old one wouldn't turn on, anyway now I'm stuck in a loop with MS authentication with it saying I need the code from the authenticator, I've read lots and nothing seems to work, I had 2 accounts on there my work one is being handled by them but my own outlook one is just in a loop of doom.
Anyone successfully resolved? Any tips appreciated

what other methods do you have at https://account.microsoft.com to log in? Email/text a code?
I think a TAP is no use on a personal account.
You have a Passkey yet? I recommend getting one with Bitwarden storing it.

This is the link you can use to tell them you have locked yourself out.
If you still know your password you have a good chance of being able to regain access.

Sounds like you’re having exactly the same issue as I had.
