Starlink in a campervan - external WiFi

We currently use Starlink in our campervan so we can camp in more remote places, but still work.

Couple of issues I'd like to solve and get some ideas on:

- If we have the side door of the van shut, we struggle with wifi signal outside - metal skinned van so this isn't a surprise.
- My wife's sister sometimes tags along, and we'd like to share the wifi with her

I can swap out the Starlink router for an alternative, but not really sure what sort of setup I'm looking for - maybe some kind of internal/external type thing?

Any ideas/suggestions?

Unifi for example do external wireless access points, so maybe just hang one of those out of a window
