Android app to locate each other's phones

My wife and I both have Samsung phones, and I'm trying to find a app which we can use to find out where the other's phone (and therefore they) are. I've found apps which will tell me where my phone is, but that's not the problem I'm trying to solve.
TIA
You should be able to do this via the Google Maps app, click on your profile then location sharing. Share you location with your wife and vice versa. Works for me and the Mrs. You can also set up notifications when they leave or go to a certain place (you can both see what notifications are set up), for example Mrs CO gets a ping when I leave the gym so she can get dinner out the oven etc TIA

I use it for my kids, it does depend on them not using all their data though. Crudeoink said:

Yep Google maps is an easy android answerDiscendo Discimus said:
There's an App called Life360 that allows Samsung to track Apple users and vice versa too.
This works very well for me and the OH - been using it for years. Usually much more accurate than google maps even though it is presumably using the same data. Free version perfectly fine.s2kjock said:

Google do a ‘family link’ app. We use this track my boy and know when he’s on his way home from the park etc.
Pretty sure you can use this to track each other
This.Pretty sure you can use this to track each other
Plus it works on iOS as well.
Family Link is the answer for Android, works on phones and tablets, also allows you to control content on kids devices, set time limits etc, play a sound on lost devices (fell down the sofa cushion) and remote wipe if you needed to, as well as see exactly where devices are in the world.
There's a much easier way, simply use any browser to access the Google find my android page and login with the account the phone belongs to

I've zoomed right out in the screenshot for obvious reasons.
Life360 and family link aren't really intended for this purpose, Family link is more for kids phones and controlling their access.

When Mrs D and I want each other to know where we are (e.g. we're trying to meet on foot somewhere neither of us knows, or she's driving home from far away and I need to be able to keep tabs on if I'm putting Mini D to bed by myself or if she'll be back on time) then we use the WhatsApp location sharing feature. It's not a 24/7 ability to find each other, so that may or may not be suitable for OP.
