Good Morning, I would like to create some slideshows with back ground music transitions etc of family for relatives that live overseas,And idea of software that I could use to do this ? Thank you in advance

Microsoft has PowerPoint if you have Office.

For a freebie you could try OpenOffice (Apache). This is a free download of an Office compatible suite of programs.

LibreOffice is worth a look, Impress is their presentation package.
It's free and works on most computers.
