Computer exercises for elderly

Hi
Can anyone recommend a good basic computer online / course or simple computer exercises for elderly to learn. I am looking to occupy elderly people in day who are interested in learning more computer skills

A few years ago Mum did a CLAIT (Computer Learning & IT) course at the local college. She was around 70 at the time. It covered all the basics including Microsoft things. Quite funny because I work in IT & she was asking me how do I do..... Then she did databases in Access & was quite upset I know nowt about Access because I've never used it.
After the CLAIT course she was certainly comfortable using the x86 PC I gave her, to with club letter etc.
