Need to Change an Image with a Chromebook

Hello all!

I need to change this image so the text background matches the image colour seemlessly and also change the text to Race Timing instead of Timing Services. Is there an online tool that is easy to use on my Chromebook, I don't have a PC!

Not used it myself, but it always comes highly recommended;

Lightroom, Snapseed, GiMP etc etc etc There are dozens of high profile apps with users on Chromebooks. Depends on the individual and the spec of the machine.

It's the specific fonts might be an issue, dependent on the app or service used. But if you're not bound to a specific font then you've no worries.

My pleasure chap, I’ve got the full adobe photoshop editing suite that we use for all of our drone captures, but thought I would try that web based app.

I’m afraid my running days are long behind me, I do get out and about on my Mountain Bike from time to time, but prefer my bikes to have engines these days!
