Chaps. I frequently have to send emails to a team of 3 people. I have searched but can't seem to make work a shortcut, so when I type in the "to" bar, say "Team", all three email addresses come up together. Is there and easy way of doing this please?
You can create a contact group containing the emails you want in the Contact app (or Address Book app depending on what OS/version you're using) and then type the name of this contact group into Mail.
