Morning all.

Have a set of galaxy buds pro which I use with my Samsung S24 and previously S22, they never really fit very well in my ears, maybe just the shape of my ear but can normally listen to music but can't use the noise cancelling for instance as it says they aren't inserted.

Anyhow lately been using them to walk the dog and listen to music via YouTube music, every few minutes the music stops which I can assume is because the buds think they have been renoved from my ears, pressing play again on the screen of the phone starts the music again but a few songs later the same happens.

Question is though is there a way to tell the phone or buds not to stop playing music if they aren't in your ears? Surely other people round the world don't have galaxy buds shaped ears!

I was given a pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pros as a Christmas gift, and the same thing happens to me as well! Not as frequently, but enough to make it a regular occurrance and an annoying one at that. None of the 3 ear pieces supplied with it fit particularly well, so it feels like they're about to fall out of my ears, and the noise cancelling makes sod all difference even when it's on. Waste of £200.
