Help with Conditional Formatting - Excel

Hi All,
I need to set up conditional formatting to auto-colour some cells. Imagine below for reference.
Cell C13 to G13 need to auto-fill to the same colour as the most recent coloured entry.
For example, in C column for T1, on Monday 15th it is orange all the way through until Friday 19th where it goes green, this means C13 cell shows as green.
If, on Sunday 21st, I was to put a number in C9 and manually change the colour to blue, I need C13 to automatically change to blue and mirror the most recent date colour entered, but I need the text to remain as T1.
How would I set the conditional formatting up to show this?
