Does anyone have any recommendation for Phone insurance?
That covers on holiday?

I have just googled and everything seems a bit scammy, like oh no you farted once in 1987 so the cover is void.

Can you get it through your bank account?
Often cheaper & less scammy!

Do you have home contents insurance? That’s usually the better way to go, as long as your current provider is a decent one.

Having worked for an Insurer who provided "Gadget" Insurance, I would always go to my Home Insurers as a first port of call. Usually far cheaper (though perhaps missing things like immediate provision of a replacement phone) and you may even find it's already covered.
1. Read your policy
2. Get quote of current insurer

The Tech Pack from Barclays is pretty comprehensive - covers up to 4 mobile phones and an unlimited number of gadgets (a few exceptions on what gadgets aren't covered).

Yep I have used them a few times, they only send a mobile repairer though for iPhone and Samsung, everything else gets posted off.

If you only need it on holiday then you can often add it onto your holiday insurance.

Nationwide have a pretty good account package with phone, breakdown and holiday insurance that covers a typical household.
