I have 3 Hikvision HiLook ColorVu Lite IPC-B915H cameras paired to the Hikvision HiLook 104MH-C/4p 4 channel 4K NVR.

I am a novice and have tried a few settings, but the issues are blurry motion recording (both day and night) and also poor image quality (impossible to read number plate at around 10m distance in bright daylight). Image looks sharp on mobile screen, but once viewed on a 27" 2K monitor it looks really blurry.

I have 3 cameras, 2 of them pointing at the driveway/front of house with close distance to street light. The other is mounted in the back garden, and only light source is coming from conservatory. All cameras are mounted up high, just below the roof guttering of a 2 storey house.

I am sure I have messed up the settings somewhere, so hopefully someone could advice on the best all round settings in. Below are my current settings. The Live View for Garden at night time looks really grainy.

I would consider upgrading the NVR if that helps, but I doubt that would make any difference to the quality. I just want to ensure I have the best settings possible, appreciate that my gear is not the best out there.

Below are my current camera settings.

Camera 1 : Drive

Backlight: Wide Dynamic Range : Auto, WDR level 23

Camera 2 : Front of House

Exposure : 1/25
Day/Night Switch : Auto, Sensitivity 3, Switch time 5, Supplement Light Mode: OFF, Light Brightness Control: N/A, White Light: N/A
Backlight: Wide Dynamic Range : Auto, WDR level 12
Image Enhancement : Digital Noise Reduction : Expert Mode, Time DNR : 77, Space DNR 52

Camera 3 : Back garden

Image settings : Default (Brightness 50/Contrast 50/Saturation 50)

I would say worse, especially night time where all motion recorded are super blurry due to the long exposure.
