Microsoft Account Lockout

PH'ers,

I received an email a couple of weeks back to tell me the email address linked to my microsoft account has been changed - suspicious.

I have not used my account for some time but upon logging in I can tell the email address is not mine. I fill in the recovery form and am told microsoft will get back to me but I have heard nothing.

Their support online needs you to log in and i cant find a webchat etc to help.

Has anyone had this issue and can maybe share how you resolved it?
