Is this the laptop login or the Office 365 login ?

Is it connected to your WiFi / Internet ok ?

Can you attached a screen shot ?

What browser are you using ?

Make sure all windows updates are installed.

Have you logged out of 365 on the desktop? Maybe you only get one login.

Passthrough auth to the school isn't working going by what you've just said, it was working previously due to cookies/access tokens which are still valid but as you've now logged out those tokens are now invalid.
I would expect to see an error stating that passthrough auth isnt working rather than just page not found.

CharlieCrocodile has nailed it the authentication servers at the school are down / off. Try again once term starts or someone has been in to poke servers.
