I’ve tried everything I can think of to stop these emails from our burglar alarm firm being picked up as spam. Clearly the emails aren’t coming from the address stated & as you can see from the attachments I’ve added them to my contacts.

Any other ideas?

Add the contact into your yahoo contacts. Not your phone contacts.

I’ve done that, still going to spam.

Can you create rules on the Yahoo mail server? If so create one that puts these emails into your inbox.

Do a search for "how to check dkim and dmarc records" or similar wording.

Choose a service and check if the domain used by your security company has both DMARC and DKIM verification.

If they don't then politely suggest to them they get themselves sorted out so as they're not seen as spammers.
It's less than 2 minutes work for whoever manages their domain.

If that doesn't work ball them out of it, because if their domain(s) are not verified there's nothing you can do. They'll be forever seen as spammers by mail providers.
