Thermal printer issue

Any ideas?

Thermal printer linked to our till / cash desk system. Windows test print works but receipts refuse to print. Our software provider says the issue isn’t in their end.

Any ideas on how to solve?

Is the software hard-coded to print to a particular printer by name, and has the name changed?

Good shout, I need to check.

I believe it is hardcoded, I’m not aware that the name has changed. I don’t think it has, but I’ll check.

Any other ideas to try / look out for?
