Where to buy genuine samsung replacement phone battery?
Discussion
I'm looking to replace the battery on my S21 FE. Samsung will do it for £110, but not sure the phones really worth that and it means a trip to London where the nearest samsung center is. Don't really want to send it away as don't want to be without the phone for a week or so.
The local phone repair shops will do it for £20 - £30, which sounds good value, but I'm not 100% sure of the quality of battery for that price...
OR, I can't imagine it's that hard to do myself, right? And I get to buy some more tools at the same time. However, I can't seem to find a battery. Ebay has some, but again, hard to tell how genuine they are. The other options are some online suppliers in Europe but none seem to ship to the UK now.
All of which is a long winded way of asking if anyone knows where I can buy a genuine samsung phone battery in the UK?

Are you sure you need to go to London? Samsung provide mobile repair now - when I broke my screen, the official Samsung repair meant that they sent a van to my house. And happily the official screen repair included a new battery which was nice.
I think they do, although more expensive from memory when I had a quick look. TBH, London wouldn't be the end of the world as I quite often go to King's X for work, but I kind of fancy giving it a go myself.Incoming thread on how to fix a broken phone in 3, 2, 1...
I don't think it helps that it wasn't a particularly popular phone. It seems relatively easy to get replacement batteries for the rest of the S21 range from reputable online stores, just not the FE version. Serves me right for being a cheapskate I guess...
Out of interest, I contacted samsung who said they could sell me one, but only from one of their stores. As I was in London today I thought I'd pop into their store on the way home. Turns out they won't sell you a battery after all
