Windows 11 HP laptop keyboard not responding

I fire up the laptop and all is fine. Then for no apparent reason the keyboard fails to respond correctly so I have to use the on screen keyboard.

Reboot and all okay again for a few minutes until…..yes you’ve guessed it………plus right mouse click doesn’t always work, clipboard not clearing.

Anyone help ?

grab an external keyboard and mouse

I'd guess these will work fine (and be far better for your posture), my gut says that a problem with hardware raterh than OS.
