Dont know if this is the right place.

I have a domain and email address from IONOS. When I send an email to a client they very often go to their junk folder. Is there any way of sorting this?

Do you have SPF, DKIM setup correctly for your domain?

What is your domain and how are you sending the emails?

Go to https://www.mail-tester.com/ and send an email to the address. It will tell you if anything is wrong.

Thanks so much for your help.

I've done what you said to do and the score given is 7.5/10.

I'm listed in 2 blacklists (no idea why?) both are SORBS - again these are just words/ to me which make no sense.

It also says my message is not signed with DKIM (?).

As you're most likely on shared hosting, you share your IP with many other users so you will end up on blocklists from time to time. Re DKIM, you can speak to your hosting provider about adding this. Try this link https://www.ionos.co.uk/digitalguide/e-mail/e-mail...
