iPhone 14 voicemail - help!!

Afternoon all,
Since i upgraded my iPhone to iOS to the latest version i seem to have lost the ability to change my voicemail message. I used to be able to go into voicemail, click edit and then toggle between a message i saved and the default message. The edit function has disappeared completely. Anyone got any bright ideas for how to fix?

Did you change carrier as well?
Voicemail is a carrier driven system and changes were made at one point to remove some options for voicemail, things like visual voicemail were affected.
Might be worth chatting with them via a web chat to see if something needs enabling or if it has been disabled on purpose.
