Alternative GoPro App

I'm finding the GoPro App a total nightmare to use. It never downloads anything automatically. When I try to connect it to the WiFi it just drops out and says there is no new footage. See the screenshot below.

Is there a different app or way of downloading my videos to my phone? Its a Samsung A34.
