Disable "Suggested for you" posts on Facebook?

Its possible on Twitter by just viewing the "Following" tab, its possible on Reddit by disabling suggested subs in Settings. Is it possible on Facebook?

I use it only for uni and some local groups - between pages and people I follow its about 25-30 followings max. Yet they never appear on my feed. This morning i'm seeing NFL Fans page - never watched it in my life. Jelly R Fans - who the **** is he? 80,000 likes so assuming someone famous. DC v Marvel, again absolutely no interest.

The site has been rendered useless as it just fills my feed with nonsense. Anyway to disable this so it only shows the people/groups I actually want to see?

Click on Feeds and never use the homepage again.
