Which is the best watch for sleep tracking, stress management and tracking, Samsung phone user, heartrate monitoring and general handy apps?

I don't currently wear any watch. I've Googled and Youtubed for the last 2 hours and there are too many being touted as 'the best'! Fitbit Sense, Sense 2, Garmin, Samsung 5 and Google Pixel.
I might be leaning toward the Sense as it's £120 cheaper than the 2 but with almost the same functions, but I'm happy to hear PH's experiences, avoid rec's and recommended buys.

Thanks in advance.

I bought a Samsung watch 4 about 6 weeks ago - which I think is comparable price to the Sense?

My reason for purchase wasn't really the fitness apps - it was primarily for when I don't want to wear nice watches. Having said that - it is quite handy at the gym, and when we've been on a city break to count steps etc.
It does sleep monitoring - by coincidence I used it for the first time last night, and it was vaguely interesting to see how much different types of sleep it thinks I had, when it thinks I was awake etc. I doubt I'll use it again - I tend to know whether I'm sleeping well or not.

It does monitor heart rate / stress etc - the few times I've checked the stress monitor it seems I am reasonably stressed. Which may mean it's accurate.

Battery life isn't great - at first it wouldn't manage 24 hours, but it's settled down now and at the end of a ~16 hour day it's usually somewhere around 50%. Since I don't use it for sleep, that's fine since I just charge it overnight.

I don't wear mine all that often - I like "real" watches - but I do wonder if I should have spent more and bought the classic so that it looked a bit more like a real watch. I suppose mine is good enough that I probably will buy another, but not sure how it compares to other types.

I have a Samsung phone too so the Samsung health app works between the two of them well enough.

I have to give a thumbs up for my Amazfit GTR 4...(£199)

https://www.amazon.co.uk/stores/Amazfit/page/8B740...

Finally sacked off my original Huawei Watch 1 and i'm glad I finally made the switch.

The 2 week battery is just brilliant (obvs depends oh how much active tracking you've got switched on)...but generally easily a week +

Blows my 24hr at best ancient Huwaei away...and a lot of the Samsungs and Apple watches are also around a day or so at best.

Amazfit uses its own operating system...so not Wear OS for Android...and it works pretty well with my Android phone ( Motorola Razr 40 Ultra )

Notifications all come through and it has all the sensors and tracking apps you'd expect and the App allows you to customize how all of your Apps interact from the Phone to the Watch.

There's a few different models / shapes / designs and there's a tricksy third party app (Amazfaces) to get loads of free watch faces...and there's a plenty of choice on amazon / ebay for alternative watch straps as well.

I liked it enough to get my sister the Amazfit GTS 4 mini...which is a bit smaller and square and good value at £99 - she seemed to like it so, another thumbs up smile
