Hide desktop icons & taskbar

Howdy,

Is there a lightweight program, but a command script, that anyone can recommend whereby I can hide/display the taskbar & icons on command? Something like 'pressing F12' hides/shows them.

God knows why something so simple isn't just built in. Windows 10 btw

I think you might be looking for kiosk mode

But this requires Windows PRO and higher.

I don't know of a keypress. You would have to write something.

Remove everything from the Desktop and Auto-hide the Taskbar might be close to what you want?
