Retrieving photos from a frozen Samsung
Discussion
I've got a Samsung A51 and it has frozen on the logo screen. Soft reset just goes back to the same screen.
I've taken it to several repair shops and they all say that only a hard reset will unfreeze it and that of course all data will be lost, that's if it hasn't been lost already.
Not dropped, no water damage, and no, I have never backed it up thank you for asking
I've seen a few pieces of software online that claim to be able to access files and data, but when I google them they look dodgy.
So does anyone have any suggestions please of reliable software or a genius repairer so that we can get our photos back? The phone is unimportant.

You might get it to talk to your pc via the cable if you can get to boot into recovery mode, although at least on of the repair shops should have tried this.
Are you sure you haven't backed up any photos? It's usually done by default unless you specifically tell it not to.
