website design and hosting

up until today, we have been using the excellent SIMBLA for 2 of our simple 2-3 page, information websites - no eCommerce etc

for some reason = they have deleted one of our sites, completely changed their design interface, to the point where its now impossible to design a one-page site and 10x their fees

so its time to leave

I have my own domains and can do drag/drop design - what are the alternatives - MUST HAVE . . .

1 - be able to use my own domain
2 - be drag and drop for page design
3 - NOT be wordPress
4 - must be responsive

Any ideas please?
