Electric "standing desk converter"

I want to keep my current desk, but I have something on top which will raise/lower my keyboard and monitor.

I can find manual ones but I'm after an electric one.

Found this but it's a little pricey:

Have you considered keeping your desk surface and putting it on a sit/stand frame? I bought such a frame (think it was well over your budget but I'm sure I remember seeing cheaper ones with a lower weight rating) and made my own desk top.
