Transfering apps and data between 2 Motorola phones

I've just bought a new Moto G13. I want to transfer all my apps and data from my old Moto G6 to the new phone.

What's the simplest way to do that?

When you're setting up the new phone, as part of the setup it gives you the option to pair with your old phone and transfer everything.

When I've swapped Motorolas in the past, just signing in with your Gmail account starts the new phone downloading your apps.
