Can't seem to get 5g even though I have a 5g phone, a 5g sim and live in an area with a strong 5g signal.
I've set the APN up with Lebara settings.
How are others fairing ?

What phone are you using.

With an iPhone you have to enable 5G in Mobile settings. Probably the same with an Android.

I'm on Lebara and have no issues with 5G. Using an Android phone. I can't offer any useful advice other than to say it's probably not a Lebara issue.

If you have power saving mode enabled in the settings on samsung phones it will deactivate the 5g connection.

I used Lebara for a bit with a 5g router when working away from home at a location where the landline had rubbish speeds.

Worked quite well for 3 weeks of visits over a period of 6 months, then slowed right now to the point it was no better than the landline - I have now moved to Smarty and the performance hasn't dropped off, although the speeds during the day vary a lot.

Power saving is off.
I get 4g+........I will try to remember to check what signal I'm getting when I'm away from home incase there's a deadspot there, not that I use it at home anyway but it would be nice to know that it's working when I do need it seeing as I just bought a new phone especially because the Lebara sim is 5g smile
