I've been looking at two port fast chargers, specifically Ugreen & Anker.

I'm worried that they will overheat and have seen some reviews saying that they do and raising other issues.

Does anyone have real world experience and not burned down their house?

As ever, thanks

I've been using an Anker 735 three port since May to charge two phones and a tablet; no signs of overheating - yet...

Buy a Gan charger if you are worried about heat.

Belkin or Anker.

Haven’t heard of Ugreen and *assume* they are one of those rebrand sellers who slap their name on a generic charger made in a factory somewhere in China.

I don’t know how much power you want but something like this:

https://www.belkin.com/uk/dual-usb-c-gan-wall-char...

They have different outputs, cheaper for less power, higher for more.

Use their USB C cables too to ensure quality for that part of the connection.

I use Anker multiport chargers and they have all been fine. I always go for quality, after some bad experiences with cheap chargers damaging my devices. Non exploded or burned down my house however!

I bought an Anker one a few weeks ago which is the first charger of that type I've ever owned. I specifically bought Anker because I figured they were less likely to catch fire than a make I'd never heard of.

I've used it a couple of times and didn't even notice it getting warm so it seems fine to me.
