Can anyone recommend an Apple CarPlay Wireless adapter that they have real world experience of? I’ve been reading various reviews but can’t decide between Carlink 3.0, Otto, or similar? TIA…😉

I have a Teeran, but there are several different ones which all look like they are same model. I haven’t used wireless CarPlay before so can’t compare it to other solutions, but it seems to do the job.
It did throw one wobbler which may just have been my application, Teeran tech support answered quickly and was very helpful. The car has wireless charging so it seemed to make sense to go wireless on the CarPlay connection.
My application is a Merc with the MBUX system, just plugs into the USB in the center console.

I've got the Cplay2Air adapter in my car. Initially I had problems with it having constant disconnects with my aftermarket Pioneer head unit, but after doing a load of queued-up firmware updates it's been fine since.

I got the Carlinkit 5.0 only a few weeks ago. The included USB cable was faulty but otherwise it works quite well. No lag on touch inputs. Call quality isn’t as good but minor issue for me. Doesn’t take long to connect and hasn’t dropped at all.

What car is it to go in OP? BWM / Mini have MMI boxes that can be installed to enable wireless carplay. DroidUK have them for £205 and they are an easy fit to Minis according to the forums. Plenty of Youtube videos to help with the install too.

I got an Ottocast U2-X Pro Wireless Android Auto + CarPlay Adapter, it works OK with Porsche PCCM+

Currently US$90, ships from China (took about a week to arrive)

https://www.ottocast.com/products/u2-x

It works fine - to be honest though, I prefer to connect my phone by USB cable so that it charges

I bought and fitted the Ottocast wireless car play for my Honda. Took about 5 mins to setup and it works very well with my iPhone, connects no problem as soon as I switch the car on. Pretty impressed so far, although it was nearly £100

I've just bought this one from Amazon, arrived today and got it set up with my Skoda Yeti. Works fine, slight lag when skipping music tracks but only a second or so. Thankfully no lag when using Google Maps. No USB passthrough, but I don't really need that. Will be sticking it out of sight using an adhesive velcro strip. Had to box it back up and give to the wife so my son can give it to me on my birthday, annoyingly.
