Best GPX mapping / route gps on mobile app for Europe

I pay for the premium OS Maps which is great in the UK for downloading gpx files / creating your own routes and using your phone as a gps.

Visiting Europe soon and downloaded some routes but OS doesn’t have mapping info for Europe.

It suggested downloading the map tiles from TwoNav, which I’ve done but I don’t think I can upload them to the OS app? I think they’re just for their proper GPS?

The TwoNav app interface is rubbish so just wonder what people have used in Europe. Don’t mind paying a bit if it’s a good app and has European maps

it also runs fine on windows via the android subsystem.

I use Komoot. It’s also very good for finding good routes. Have used in the UK and Germany with good results.

Why from there rather than Google Play store?

Been using My Route App for years and now they have released a fully nav system.
