How to format barcodes / QR codes on Zebra printers

I'm familiar with the Zebra label Designer but I cannot see any clues anywhere how to format a QR code so that 3 bits of information (eg 3 columns of a spreadsheet) can be contained in it.
Is it Fixed data or Variable Keyboard input?
How to separate the 3 bits of info, with commas? 3 different lines as shown? Cheers
