Simple outlook question

Hi forum,

Daft question:

For some reason, Outlook has moved my email, calender etc buttons to the side


I can't for the life of me find how to move them back to the bottom underneath the inbox etc..

Any clues on how I put them back to where they've been for years?

File > Options > Advanced > Untick "Show Apps in Outlook" but you lose To Do if you are using that instead of Tasks.
