iPhone KeyChain

Hi all,

Today I received my replacement iPhone as the old one had cracked screen (insurance replacement).

Before I backed it up today I made sure key chain was on and to save all my passwords. However now I’ve installed the new phone to the my previous back up today all my passwords have vanished. I have no idea what’s happened? Can anyone shed any light as to how I can restore it or why it hasn’t synced?

Are you signed into your iCould account?

If you go to Settings => Passwords is there just nothing there or has auto fill turned off in those settings?

Yep signed into my iCloud account and the auto fill of turned on.

And you had them both turned on on the old phone?
