Question on replacing BT Super hub 3
Discussion
Would like to replace my BT Super hub 3 for something with WiFi 6 or WiFi 6e support. My current set-up is as follows.
BT 900mb FTTP
Superhub 3
Connected to landline
3x wired cat 8 connections.
I do not need mesh WiFi as I have rewired all connections to the centre of the house.
Would I be correct in assuming that I could replace the hub entirely with a single WiFi router of my choosing with WiFi 6(e) and an extra VOIP single adaptor to get my phone working? In which case what VOIP adaptor would work with BT and how is that part of it set up?
Or do I need to put the super hub in modem only mode and still have my landline plugged into it?
