I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this, but it seemed the most apt.

I have a TDK-Lambda Genesys 60-250 3U PSU which I have set up for remote analogue control. However, I am get no current output from it and can't fathom why.

J1 connector configured correctly so far as I can see.
PSU output controlled by dry-contact DO.
Voltage set controlled by 0-10V AO signal.
Current set controlled by 0-10V AO signal.
Voltage monitor feedback using 0-10V AI signal.
Current monitor feedback using 0-10V AI signal.
DIP switches set correctly (so far as I can tell).

The PSU output DO works fine, and I have it set to auto-restart so it goes straight back into output mode when enabled.
I can set the voltage setpoint.
I get voltage feedback and have measured voltage at the output of the PSU.
I can't set current setpoint, despite analogue signal reaching the J1 connector.
No corresponding feedback (although output is zero, so this could well be fine).

The only things I can think of that I haven't yet checked is whether the J1 current setpoint return pin needs to be referenced to common (currently only has control signal and return), and whether the PSU and test piece need to be bonded to common ground. The only other thing is whether the test piece is open circuit, but this is unlikely.

From what I can see, from what the manual says, and from what I have one it should work but doesn't.

Hopefully someone has experience with this sort of thing and can help!

Thanks.
